As most of you know, I'm not a religious person in a traditional sense, and I certainly don't pay homage to any specific religious sect........But Christmas seems to bring out much good in people and makes children happy. It's also a time when many people go out of their way to give charity to those in need.

Seems pretty harmless to me, and even if it didn't I would have no trouble ignoring it......I definitely wouldn't dwell on being it. Christmas would cause me no more anguish than the Muslim holiday of Ramadan does.

Speaking of which, I never hear atheists complain about Muslim, Hindu, Jewish, etc., holidays. Why is this? Seems to me they just complain for the sake of doing so, and to make a little noise in order to receive attention ('look at me, look at me!').........In other words, they act like whiney Liberals.**

I'm not going to hold my breathe, but I am willing to wait and see how Obama leads before I form solid opinions on his leadership.......I'm a fair guy like that :)

That said, if Obama does as he says in this comment, he is going to be excoriated by his fellow Democrats and Liberals, because 'cutting back,' 'trimming the fat,' 'showing self control and discipline,' etc., etc., aren't in their dictionary.......Which is why I'm not going to hold my breathe (though I will pray for it to come to fruition), because I know I'll likely die a tortured death waiting for this promise to be kept.

**Mr. Ruane is using this claim to defend a client who is being charged with drunken driving, and maybe he could justify his defense if his client was slightly over the legal rate........Ruane's client blew out a 0.188; the state's legal limit is 0.08.

How can this moron claim a breathalyzer test not only misreads by a factor of over 200%, but is also designed with the intent of sticking it specifically to blacks? There are two answers:

1. He's a Liberal putz, which means he can make any crazy claim he wants and needs no substance to prove his quackery.
2. He knows there are likely another Liberal clowns, in-black-robes, who may give him a free pass for such a creative use of race as a means of getting criminals off the hook.**

Those who don't understand why abortion proponents are unwilling to admit the humanity of the fetus need to know it isn't because they are ignorant.
