- Answer to a recent Washington Post/ABC poll, which asked the question:  "How much confidence do you have in Obama to make the right decisions for the country's future?"

17% agreed "Strongly", and 19% agreed "Somewhat" (there were decimals which took the two to 37%)...Thankfully 63%+ are intelligent enough to know Obama will spend the next three years making incorrect "decisions for the country's future."

Sadly, I have no doubt 63% of the country knows Obama is no good for our future, but in no way will 63% of the country vote accordingly in the 2014 election - crushing the Democrats in the House and Senate...Even worse, I have no doubt 63% won't completely rectify the problem in the 2016 Presidential Election - and may actually continue Obama's policies by voting for Hillary.

Such is the insanity, and mental weakness, of the American people at this time.

District Court Judge Mary Mattivi (Shawnee County, Kansas)

"In this case, quite simply, the parties failed to perform to statutory requirement of the Kansas Parentage Act in not enlisting a licensed physician at some point in the artificial insemination process, and the parties' self-designation (Michael) Marotta as a sperm donor is insufficient to relieve Marotta of parental right and responsibility to the child."

- Michael Marotta is a nice guy who answered two lesbian's CraigsList request for a sperm donor.  He did so at no charge, with no future expectations of ever seeing the child, and he did it to help two lesbians who were desperate to have a child.

This poor guy did nothing wrong; other than trusting that his niceness wouldn't ever be a problem, that is.  Talk about nice guys finishing last!

Even more incredible, it's not even the women who are coming after Michael for child support; it is the state.

The women have since separated, and the birth mom (one of the lesbians) was applying for welfare.  The state asked about her child, and who was the father.  She listed the sperm-donor, and now the state says he should pay to care for the child instead of the state...So, this nice guy is going to have to pay child support, for a child he is nothing but a sperm donor for, for the rest of the child's years as a minor!

Common sense would dictate the two women are the responsible parties, and the second woman should be considered the 'other parent.'  Common sense would dictate that Michael Marotta is nothing but an innocent bystander.  Common sense would dictate a lot of things...But when it comes to our court system, common sense is often uncommon.

Here's hoping some decent pro-lesbian group steps up to cover the costs for this nice guy...I wouldn't hold my breath on that one, however.

Richard Sherman (Dumb Ass)

- "It" and "it's" is being called a 'thug.'  Comparing being called a 'thug' to being called the "N-Word"...For those who don't pay attention to sports (and I know there are many):  Sherman's been ripped lately for his idiotic actions after the Seattle Seahawks defeated the 49'ers; earning a trip to the Super Bowl.

Richard Sherman is an excellent football player.  He is a smart guy (graduated with a legitimate degree from Stanford University).  He is an emotional player, who lets his mouth run far too much...Oh by the way, I have been one who feels his actions were more clownish than anything, and the whole situation was overblown - way overblown.

Had Sherman simply said he was sorry, cleaned up his act a little (not even for very long, just until the Super Bowl), and if he continued to play great football, this whole situation would have gone away...He is a smart guy and an excellent player, so it should have been very doable.  Show a little humility, keep your mouth closed and just play.

Then he pulled the race-card!  An unnecessary foil against what were his own stupid actions...Actions which would have gone away.

Instead, he chose to play the roll of a race-baiting huckster!  It's too bad.  Too bad because it may not be fair to call him a "thug," or the "N-word," but by perpetuating and increasing the madness Richard Sherman is showing himself to be a dumb ass.

Let's re-read that:  "The law isn't designed to save money."

Which is why one of the biggest lies in ObamaCare is its official name:  The Affordable Care Act.

It most definitely isn't 'saving anyone money.'  Not anyone who has to pay for health insurance, that is...Plenty more will be getting it for free, but those who have to pay are going to pay - some will pay dearly.  And who does it really affect?  The Middle Class!

The poor will get free insurance; the rich won't be bothered by the cost increase, but the Middle Class will be terribly effected...As has been the main theme of the Obama Years:  The poor staying poor, the rich staying rich - even getting richer, and the Middle Class becoming poor.

Congratulations President Obama.  Your 'hope' to 'change' - or to 'transform America' -is truly happening.

Of course Obama can create his own laws - this is what lawless, tyrants of all stripes do...Forget Congress.

The President has learned nothing in his five years on the job.  Instead he continues to pull the same power-plays, day-after-day, week-after-week, month-after-month, year-after-year...Power-plays which haven't done anything to help the American people.  But let's play along and ask the obvious questions:

If Obama has such power to create magic, why hasn't he done it already?  Because he has no such magic...He has a "pen"; he does not have a magic wand.  And unfortunately that isn't exactly true, because he has created a little magic:  he's crushed the middle class.

Why is everything all-or-nothing with Obama?  Instead of working with Congress, he chooses to constantly fight it and work around it...I'm not sure why he feels he shouldn't have to do the give-and-take of governing - as every other president in the history of the U.S. has done - because by definition politics is give-and-take.  If Obama could learn to make deals, instead of being a bully at every turn, he still has a chance of making something of his last three years in office.

Sadly, we all know Obama is going to spend the next three years repeating the past five, which will only bring more pain to the American people...Pain they don't deserve; even if they really do deserve what they asked for by putting him in place - twice.

Let's dispense with the obvious:  Dennis Rodman is a complete tool, and his comments about Jong Un are disgusting.  Even though what he said to the crowd may be true, because it's likely the crowd was filled with Un's closes advisors and sycophants.

What's important here isn't Rodman making pals with dictators; no one cares about Dennis Rodman.  What's important to remember is Rodman could not get to North Korea - or at least return home - without a U.S. Passport and authorization from the State Department...For some reason our government thinks sending Rodman to North Korea will soften the North Korean tyrant.

I'm sure this will succeed wildly.  Sure it will

Rodman is a fool, but he is a genius compared to the fools who think his foolishness will reap rewards in North Korea...That said, he's probably twice as likely to produce results as V.P. Joe Biden, Ex Sec. State Hillary Clinton and Sec. State John Kerry - combined.

Senator Dianne Feinstein (Gun-Grabbing Biotch)

There are over 21 million living vets in the U.S. at this time; out of over 300 million Americans.

The fact that only about 7% of the American citizenry have ever served in the U.S. Armed Forces is a  disgrace in its own right.  The fact that this hideous U.S. Senator wants to "prevent them from owning firearms" is an even bigger disgrace.

But even worse is she has the gall to say "All vets are mentally ill in some way."

Oh I'm sure she meant this in the most caring - Liberal - way imaginable.  Sure she did.
