Almost every American knows Blago has committed a major snaffu trying to sell off Obama's Senate seat. Hell, even most Chicagoans know it is wrong, which says a lot.

**1. I'm so sick of hearing Liberals call themselves 'progressives.' Quit running from the tag of being a Liberal, no matter how shameful it is......That said, make sure these pukes are always hung with the label of Liberal with a capital "L," not liberal with a lower-case "l." 2. Obama's cabinet secretaries are LIBERALS or PROGRESSIVES, or whatever they are going by these days.

Since when aren't Hillary Clinton, Janet Napolitano, Bill Richardson, etc. Liberals? They always have been and always will be.....Gates (Defense) and Jones (NSA) aren't Liberals, but no American president is foolish enough to put Liberals in charge of National Defense. Also, at the end of the day these two will be overrun on most issues; Obama is the Commander-in-Chief, and he's as Liberal as they come.

3. The new government's Liberal agenda is going to come out of Congress, which is overrun by progressive nutters.....And Barack has never shown a willingness to go against them. In fact he's always kowtowed to them, or worse, agreed with them on everything.

4. The long-term Liberal result of the Obama presidency will come from the courts. Courts which will be dominated with the very progressives Mr. Bowers is crying about not having.**

- First paragraph in a recent article Rostenkowski wrote regarding the Governor Blagojevich scandal, defending Chicago politics......The title of the article is: In Defense of Chicago Politics.

**Uhhhhh, Dan Rostenkowski (D - Illinois) was booted out of the U.S. House of Representatives in 1994 after being indicted on 17 felony charges, including the theft of $695,000 in taxpayer and campaign money....Hardly the actions of someone who should be writing about political ethics and morality.

I can't believe Rosty has the audacity to show his face in general, let alone during a Chicago bribe scandal.......I also can't believe the Democrat Party wants this felon piping up to defend the Chicago machine. It doesn't make sense, but my sense of logic and decency has always been far different from that of the Democrat Party.

Don't get me wrong, both parties have their share of crooks, but the Republican Party distances and buries theirs when they are discovered.......Democrats always seem willing to find excuses for their scum, however.**

**So, who is lying? Is Obama trying to cover his ass, or was Axelrod talking out of his? It's hard to believe Axelrod would have made up this comment two weeks ago, even though he's now saying he "mis-spoke," but it is very easy to believe Obama made up his.......I'm not saying Obama is involved in the scandal (nor am I saying he isn't), but I'm willing to bet he's had at least one conversation with Blagojovich about his former seat. It would only be natural for him to have an interest in helping select who is going to replace him.

That said, Obama is an idiot for not coming out with a statement such as this one: "Yes, I know Gov. Blagojevich and we have discussed my senate seat. I had no idea he was trying to profit from this opening, however, and am disgusted by his actions."

The American people could swallow this statement much better than Obama twisting in the wind, trying to pull off a Bill Clintonesque triangulation of the truth......52% of the electorate voted for him knowing he was buddies with a guy who set off a bomb at the Pentagon. Blagojavich could be passed off as just another 'inconvenient friend,' and most would believe him. He just needs to come clean and throw Blagojavich under the bus.

Unless he has something to hide, that is......Lets not forget a comment from a very prominent Democrat:

Incredibly, 'The Auctioneer' still has the legal power to appoint someone to fill the open Senate seat. The Senate would likely block whoever he picked (which is its right), but I would like nothing more than for this megalomaniacal idiot to show just how brazen he is by following up on his threat of appointing himself.**

**It is a rare occasion, but on this one I am going to act in a bipartisan manner and agree 100% with Rendell: If having no life is what makes a perfect Homeland Security Secretary, then Janet is perfect for the job.

Unfortunately, this isn't a legitimate qualification for the job, and after living through Napolitano's pathetic reign as a border governess I'm not quite so sure she is up to her new task....Unless the goal is letting millions of illegals in the country is her new job, which very well might be the case in the Obama administration.
