**So much for the Constitution as it was created and understood for 200 years by most Americans......Make no mistake, Obama will create "change" through the courts. It is the easiest, least politically obvious, way of pushing his agenda, and he knows Congress will turn a blind eye. Hell, Congress as it is currently situated will likely be the biggest cheerleader for more radical courts.
