We Dodged a Bullet!

The 2016 Election produced the most improbably results most of us could imagine - Donald Trump as Prez, Republicans keeping the House and Senate, Republicans picking up Governors in the states, and soon Conservatives will control the Courts as well (lower and SCOTUS)...A truly remarkable turn of events in American History.  I do not believe in Providence, but I'm truly not sure what else can explain it.

Unfortunately, I do not believe for a minute that this turn of events is enough to pull us out of our downward spiral as a nation.  Those who pay attention know I've said:  We will only pull ourselves back up after we hit bottom.

We have not hit bottom!

Donald Trump and Republican control of the levers of government are not going to keep us from hitting bottom...They may slow our progress to the bottom - which is no small achievement and shouldn't be scoffed at, but they will not stop us from continuing to fall.

- Our debt may as well be infinity, because it is unmanageable - the American people will never agree to the level of pain it would take to fix it.  There will be a day of reckoning and it will be terrible...We have a 'lucky number', but no one knows quite what it is.

- Our culture is debased.  Anyone who denies this is either blind or likes the debased culture.

- The world is spinning out of control - a world we incredibly kept in check for almost 60-years, which is a miracle, but a miracle that can't last forever.

- Our youth is the worst generation in American History - a high bar to cross, but they've done it...And we can't blame anyone other than ourselves and our parents for raising them.  They will be the next leaders of our nation.

That said, had Hillary Clinton been elected she would have kept us on our fast, steady, fall to the bottom...Because she has been part of the leadership which has gotten us here, and would have done nothing to fix the problems.  Instead she would have continued to push the same old policies, which would have just kept us racing to the bottom - or created new ones to speed up the process.

Nothing shows how out of control we are more than the riots going on in our cities after Trump was elected.  And yes, they are riots.  'Peaceful protests' do not include destruction of property and injury to people...These people are not proponents of our democratic republic.  They believe in pure power - when it is in their hands ONLY!  They cannot accept that there are people who aren't like them - not racists, bigots, homophobes, etc., but simple people who aren't like them.  Simple people who don't like where those they support have taken us.  Simple people who don't want the country to hit bottom in their lifetime.

The fact that electing Donald Trump as President of the United States keeps people like Hillary Clinton out of power means we have temporarily eliminated from power people who empower the people like these rioters...If nothing else this is a positive.

We dodged a bullet.  Unfortunately, it is only one bullet.  There are many more coming our way...Who knows how long it is till one hits us right in the head?  When one does, we will hit bottom.

Some might say that's a good thing, because we could begin to climb out...Careful what you wish for.  Hitting bottom will be painful to every one of us.

Trump Did Not Get Us Here!!!!

Most Americans know our country is in trouble.  Most of us also know how we got here, and it surely wasn't Donald Trump who did it...The same can't be said for Hillary Clinton, who didn't get us in this mess on her own, but she has played a huge role in it.  That's why this was the most important thing Donald Trump has said in the entire campaign:

“You are very much involved in every aspect of this country, very much. And you do have experience. I’ve said, the one thing you have over me is experience, but it’s bad experience because what you've done has turned out badly. For 30 years, you’ve been in a position to help…The problem is you talk, but you don't get anything done, Hillary, you don't.”

Trump was 100% correct in the first portion of this statement, but he was equally 100% wrong in the final portion of his statement:  Hillary has gotten plenty done.  She has been a major player in forwarding the Liberal agenda - one of the most successful leaders of our time...Sadly, this 'successful' agenda is why our country is in trouble - an agenda Hillary has pursued for the past 40 years; an agenda President Obama has forwarded to "radically transform" the U.S.; an agenda Hillary Clinton will push to finish off - forcing radical Liberalism on the American people.

Crazy Times Bring Out the Crazies!!

Those paying attention know how pissed Democrats are at FBI Director James Comey for re-opening the various investigations in the 'Hillary Scandals' - which seem never ending...The funny thing is she is her own worst enemy, and had she just been humble and admitted such, this craziness would have likely died a slow death and gone away.

“Right now, the vast majority of Democrats are furiously angry that Comey did not withhold information from Congress, because it would be politically embarrassing to Hillary Clinton. That’s not supposed to be a priority of the FBI Director.” - Jim Geraghty

The Dems are upset and Comey is the worst person ever...Well, now they think he is.  A couple months ago, things were a little different.

Ok, the Democrats are always all over the place - happy when for them, crazy when against them - but where does the 'Top Democrat' stand on this matter?

Hmmm??  What is up Obama's sleeve?  I can only think of three things:
1.  He's playing Jedi-mind tricks on Comey, trying to get him to back off. 
2.  He wants to stick it to Hillary, and welcomes whatever the FBI does to her - as long as he isn't seen as giving the order to do it.
3.  He wants to keep his name out of these matters, because he knows he's involved in the scandals.

Luckily, we'll find out in due time...Either before the election (which could possibly lead to her getting blown out), or after the election (which if she wins will likely lead to her impeachment).

Crazy times bring out the Crazies!!  The 2016 Election hasn't let us down in this regard.

PERO's VOTING GUIDE

Mail-in ballots have gone out, and I know people are sending them in...So, even though it's still almost a month before 'Election Day,' it's time to put out my recommendations.

President:

-  I still can't see how anyone who isn't a committed Liberal, poor or uber-wealthy can vote for Hillary...Hillary is a committed Liberal - Obama Term III.  She will work to help the poor and the super-rich, and will do so at the expense of the Middle Class.  She will continue to stoke race problems.  The destruction she brought on the world as SecState will be multiplied when she's C-in-C.  On top of that, Hillary is 'The New Nixon.'  And who knows what she owes all the people she's been bought by - environmentalist groups, big banks, Middle Eastern dictators, etc.  She will put Lefties on the Supreme Court - it's not even debatable.

Trump is what he is, and what he is is truly unknown.  That said, I have no doubt he loves America, and has no intention of handing over our interests to global predators.  And ultimately if Trump becomes President he is going to be the most 'checked and balanced' President ever - as much by Republicans as by Democrats.  There's no guarantee he will put Conservatives on the Supreme Court, but no matter who he puts up it will be equal to or better than those put up by Hillary - and he may even put up some excellent ones.  This is easy:  Vote for Trump.

House, Senate, Governor, local elections:  This may be the last time I go this route, but I recommend voting for every Republican on every ballot...One, if Hillary wins they, will be the only thing to possibly check her (though it's debatable if they will).  Two, if Trump wins, they will likely be able to get him to sign off on some positive Conservative bills.

My faith in the Republicans at the Federal level is very low - House and Senate.  They continue to be cuckolded by Obama, and will likely continue this trend if Hillary wins as well.  In fact, I believe they'd be harder on Trump as President than they have against Obama or would be against Hillary...The only other choice, however, is handing the House back to Nancy Pelosi and the Senate to Chuck Schumer - both are completely unacceptable options regardless of who is in the White House.  This is the only reason I'd still vote for Republicans at the Federal level - one last chance.  Vote for every Republican on your ballot.

State and Local Elections:  Same as above, but on a micro level - the level which actually means more to our day-to-day lives...Vote for every Republican on your ballot.

As much as Republicans at the Federal level have failed, Republican leaders (especially governors) have been excellent.  In fact, Republicans at the state level have been the only effective check on Obama.  I see no reason this won't continue no matter who takes control of the Federal levers.

Judges:  I can't believe any state allows the public to vote on judges.  No one has a clue what they are voting for - not even those who pay attention to politics...I'd recommend you skip it and save the ink in your pen, or vote to keep them all.

Ballot Propositions:  This is another one I don't understand why the public is voting on.  We pay our state legislators to do a job, and instead of doing so they pass the buck to the people to make the hard decisions they don't have the guts to make.  Often knowing the public will make decisions which severely hurt the state...As such, I would vote NO on all ballot propositions out of conviction.  But I know most of you want reasons.  I live in Arizona, so here are the reasons to vote NO on our props.

- Prop 205 'Lets Get High, For the Kids':  Personally, I'd vote against any law making narcotics legal.  We have enough problems in this country, and the last thing we need is another excuse to encourage bad habits.  But I understand many people have no problem with pot, and compare it to booze.  Fine...What really gets me about this one is the way its proponents are selling it as 'For the Kids.'  This is a favorite tool of the Left, and any time I hear 'do it for the kids' I get very nervous.  As such, VOTE NO.

- Prop 206 'Minimum Wage':  Arizona's economy is finally bouncing back from the last recession, and the last thing we need is for employers to find reasons to hire less people or take their business somewhere else...I have two daughters who are in the early stages of their work-lives.  The last thing I want is to see their growth stunted by such foolishness - even though it sounds really nice.  VOTE NO.

NOTHING HAS CHANGED, but...

That's the 2016 Election in a nutshell:  It's Hillary or Trump, and nothing we have seen or heard from Trump in the past week (including his loose mouth) is new...It was always a given that he is a very flawed candidate - a very flawed human being.

It is also known that Hillary Clinton is an extreme Lefty, who has as many or more skeletons in her closet than Donald Trump does...SKELETONS WHICH HAVE EFFECTED THE AMERICAN PEOPLE AND NATIONAL DEFENSE!

It still comes down to a simple set of questions:
1.  Who has done more to hurt the U.S.?
2.  Who will do more to hurt the U.S. in the future?

...But, I am not foolish enough to believe many people will be able to look past the 'shiny trinket' the Left has put in front of them - the 'Trump tapes'...Some will choose to support Hillary, some will choose to stay home - a repeat of how we got President Obama.

Oh, did you notice that?  No matter who runs as a Republican, they are painted as racist, woman hating, Nazi devils (Romney, McCain, etc.), and useless stupidity is the Democrats favorite tool for distracting the voting public from their own failures...FAILURES WHICH CONTINUE TO PILE UP YEAR AFTER YEAR - DECADE AFTER DECADE!

I'm sure many more twists and turns will happen for both Hillary and Trump in the next four weeks (leaks, tapes, emails, EVERYTHING IMAGINABLE AND UNIMAGINABLE), but I'm also sure at this point in time Hillary has a healthy lead when in comes to the Electoral Map - which is all that really matters.

There will be a price to pay if I am right in this assumption.  Unfortunately, it will be paid by the very people who will push Hillary over the threshold to win - NORMAL MIDDLE AMERICA.

Trump's Immigration Speech - What a Monster!

Those who pay attention - which if you do makes you exceptional, by the way - are aware of Donald Trump's trip to Mexico last week, and the immigration speech he gave shortly after.

If you didn't hear or read ALL of the speech, and only caught it in the bits and pieces carefully reproduced and presented to you by the Mainstream Media (the very definition of propaganda) I'm betting you got the 'monster' version of the speech...I can hear it now, CNN or your local news presenting Trump's speech as the raving agenda of a racist lunatic.

Let's review exactly what he said, by going over his 10 point plan...I'll keep it as brief as possible, to keep you from being too scared of what the 'Boogie Man' said.

#1:  Build a Wall Along the Southern Border
- OMG!  Trump is gonna build a 'Berlin Wall'...He's obviously a monster for this one.

Not a 'Berlin Wall' keeping Americans hostage to their country, but a 'Great Wall of China' keeping those we don't choose to admit from coming in...I hope you understand the difference, because it is huge.  One is a means of terror - imprisoning the people; the other is a matter of self defense - protecting the people by only allowing those we need and want to enter.

#2:  End Catch-and- Release
- OMG!  Trump isn't even going to be as kind as fishermen who catch fish and throw them back...He's obviously Satan for this one.

Why are we even bothering to 'catch' illegal immigrants if we are going to let them out?  This is not only a waste of time and money, but endangers the American people.  Who would want to endanger us like this?  Other than Obama and Hillary, that is.

#3:  Zero Tolerance for Criminal Aliens
- OMG!  Trump isn't tolerant of criminals?...He's obviously Hitler for this one.

Uhhhhh!  This one should be a no-brainer.  Does anyone want to tolerate criminals?  Well yes.  Obama and Hillary obviously do.  Two no-brainers of the highest order.

#4:  Block Funding for Sanctuary Cities
- OMG!  Trump isn't going to allow cities to continue to receive federal money when they break federal immigration law - not just breaking, but bastardizing it...He's obviously Attila the Hun for this one.

The basic premise of the United States is 'rule of law.'  It's always been understood that without the basic concept of 'rule of law' we will become a broken nation.  Who would think this is a good idea?  Who would think the Federal Government should encourage more of it by funding it?  Well, who other then Obama and Hillary, that is.

#5:  Cancel Unconstitutional Executive Orders and Enforce Immigration Laws
- OMG!  Trump wants to do his job and not overstep his authority?...He's obviously Mussolini for this one.

The U.S. is not some 'banana republic' where a strong man makes and executes laws at will.  We are a republic, with a legislature designed to pass laws, which are to be upheld and executed by the President.  Who would think the President should be able to make it all up as they go - making and pursuing/not pursing the law as if they were king/queen?  Of course, other than Obama and Hillary?

#6:  Suspend the Issuance of Visas to Any Place Where Adequate Screening Cannot Occur
- OMG!  You mean Trump doesn't want to let people we have no idea of who they are or what they want to enter the U.S?...He is obviously a Fascist for this one.

WTF?!?!  Who in the world thinks it's a grand idea to let a bunch of refugees with who-knows-what-intentions to come here?  Especially from places where they'd rather pass their problems off on us than handle them themselves?  We can't be this ignorant.  Obama has already brought in tens of thousands of Middle Eastern refugees.  Hillary wants to greatly expand on Obama's madness - she must want to be our version of Merkel.

#7:  Ensure Other Counties Take Their People Back When We Deport Them
-  OMG!  Trump is a going to make the world account for its citizens who come here?...He is obviously Caligula for this one.

These people are their problem.  I understand they don't want to deal with their problems, but why is it our problem?  Who would think we should not only take in all the world's problems, dump them on the American people, and also tell the people they have to conform to the refugees cultural needs?  You know who - Obama and Hillary.

#8:  Complete the Biometric Entry/Exit Tracking System
- OMG!  Trump wants to keep track of immigrants?...He is obviously a recreation of Vlad Putin (or Vlad the Impaler) for this one.

Every American is tracked constantly through documentation (SS cards, ID's, taxes, etc), and the government spies on us mercilessly (for our own good, of course), yet we are to accept that immigrants shouldn't be tracked...Who would support the madness of allowing foreigners in our land without taking care to make sure they are here for the common good?  That would be Obama and Hillary - but make no mistake they'll keep tracking us like 'Big Brother/Sister,' and will have no qualms about restricting our liberties.

#9:  Turn Off the Jobs and Benefits Magnet
- OMG!  Trump wants to take jobs and benefits from immigrants?...What, is he some kind of Genghis Khan?

The U.S. is $19-TRILLION in debt.  It might make sense to put our own people to work, and give them the benefits of such work - you know, the 90 million Americans out of the workforce for whatever reason.  Yes, Americans can 'do the jobs Americans won't do.'  Maybe if we cut off the welfare system these people would be encouraged to do so.  I know this makes me a monster, like Trump...But really, who would think it's a good idea to keep millions of Americans in a trap of government dependence, and to bring in immigrants (a permanent underclass, by design) to do the work Americans could and should be doing?  You got it, Obama and Hillary not only want to keep millions of Americans dependent on the government (on them personally), but also need them because dependence = a pool of lifetime Democrat voters.

#10:  Reform Legal Immigration to Serve the Best Interests of America and Its Workers
- OMG!  Trump wants to put Americans first?  What in the world?...This truly makes Donald J. Trump the worst person in the history of the world.

This is really the crux of the matter:  Our country has problems.  We need to work on our problems for a change.  We need to put our national interests first; our people first; fix it before it is broken forever...Who would disagree that we have tremendous problems (Liberals go on and on about not just our problems, but how terrible we are as a country), and who would disagree that we need to put our country first to help fix our problems.  Sadly, it's Obama and Hillary who couldn't care less about the American people.  We are a 'means to their ends.'  We are nothing but voter groups to them.  We are sources of cash to them.  We are the little people; their pawns.

So, that was the Trump immigration speech in a nutshell...I hope you haven't been scared or scarred for life by such absolutely terrifying policy proposals.  If you have, you need to find a 'safe space' and should probably just curl up and cry until the election is over.  I'd even go so far as to recommend you skip voting all together, so you don't have to see that terrible Donald Trump name on a ballot ;)

For decades the American Education System (K-College) - as created by the American Left - has been cranking out complete morons...They may have finally created a generation of voters stupid enough to end the republic.

Melania's speech obviously had a few lines from a previous Michelle Obama speech.  It was stupid.  It was unnecessary.  And her speechwriter should be fired...Other than that, who cares?  Is it really the biggest event of the day/hour/minute/second?

Turkey is in the middle of a dictator creating counter-coup.  Syria and Iraq are still on fire.  Cops are being killed in the streets.  China and Russia are imposing their way on their 'near abroad.'  Our economy sucks (unless you are a millionaire/billionaire.)  Etc., etc., etc...But at least the MSM did its job, attacking Melania Trump.

Question:  Any chance the MSM can give Hillary even close to the roughing up they are giving Melania?  Maybe they can look into that disaster as SecState thing; or that Syrian civil war causing thing; or that Ukrainian encouraging of inciting Russia thing; or that tearing apart Libya thing; or that Russian reset thing; or that Benghazi thing; or that email server in the toilet thing; or that Clinton Foundation thing...Naaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!

We are watching the country tear itself apart.  It is by design!

At the end of this post I will explain why the upcoming Presidential Election is so important on this issue...But for now lets just go over the current situation.

Those who pay attention should remember in April I did a post about America returning to 1968.  '68 was a tumultuous time - as a period in time, the closest we have come to a second Civil War...It is also a period in time memorialized and honored more than any by American Liberals.

Why would Liberals  look back so fondly on a time of true pain and hurt in American history?  Because they know that chaos is their best opportunity to take over the country - more than they already have.

Liberals have always wished to conquer through social chaos - particularly by dividing us in various Class Wars.  Not just Rich v. Poor, but more importantly, Poor v. Middle Class...Incredibly, they've also managed to create an unforeseen twist in class war by aligning the Super-Rich with the Poor v. the Middle Class, which has not only given the Poor additional power, but has also protected the Super-Rich from the Poor.

Why have American Liberals taken in the Super-Rich when they supposedly want to help the poor?  One, they've realized they get much further by allying themselves with the Super-Rich - if nothing else, the Super-Rich pay for their goals.  Two, they couldn't care less about the poor.  Their goal is power!!!!  Nothing more.  Nothing less..."The ends justify the means."  And if they have to make nice with the Super-Rich and the Poor to crush the Middle-Class (which is what it will take for Liberals to take over completely) they will.

As we've seen in the past months, Liberals have also pushed a Race War into their Class War method of taking control of the American people...Just as happened in the 1968 period.  There are a two big differences between now and then, however:

1.  Black Americans have been even further marginalized by the influx of millions of new minorities - particularly Hispanics, but also East and South Asians...You'd think blacks would realize they are being pushed to the back of the political-bus by Democrats who are favoring Hispanics over them, but they haven't - YET!
2.  Barack Obama had a chance to do great work towards helping Black-White-Hispanic relations...He chose to do otherwise, and his presidency has done more to hurt race relations than any since the Civil War.

Unfortunately, most Americans have no idea what is going on around them.  Either they've been dumbed-down by the Liberal-created-and-run American Education System (K-College) or they do not care...Those dumbed-down are 'useful idiots.'  Those who don't care are 'apathetic idiots.'  These two groups combined make up a majority of our country.

I came across an excellent article the other day:  A Second American Revolution: Defeating the Enemy Within  By Mark West...I recommend the entire article, but at least read the short portion below.

It was Sun Tzu who declared 2500 years ago in The Art of War, “If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear a hundred battles.”

Today we do not know the real enemy we face. That enemy is within. And that enemy is you… and me.

We are the greatest threat our nation faces.

As a populace:

-          We are uniformed and disengaged, caring little about the affairs of our government.

-          We devote more time to our favorite pastimes, hobbies, or reality shows than to holding our governmental representatives accountable at all levels.

-          We are engrossed in the statistics of our favorite sports team but know virtually nothing about our nation’s exploding and threatening national debt.

-          We spent 10x more on lottery tickets ($70 billion) in 2014 than we did in the previous presidential election year.

-          We care little about the character of our representatives, whether in Congress or in the Oval Office, preferring their promises over their principles.

-          Our voter turnout trails nearly every other developed country in the world, with a measly 53% in 2012, and we engage at an even lower rate in local elections.

-          Our moral, religious and ethical standards continue to slide at ever increasing rates.

Consequently, as you and I have chosen to be distant, apathetic and careless toward our government, we have seen that same government become dysfunctional, corrupt and an ever growing threat to our “life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.”

As a constitutional republic, the United States is dependent on its citizens to select men and women of exceptional skills and character to lead their nation. And it’s incumbent on those same citizens to make the necessary corrections when their leaders veer off course and threaten our nation’s future.

That article eviscerates the American electorate and both Democrats and Republicans - justifiably...Unfortunately, they are all we truly have at this time to lead us.  Yes, I'm aware of 'Third Parties.'  That said, our system is built on the 'two-party system.'   It will always be such...Maybe one of the two major parties will go away someday.  Until then, though, we really only have two choices.

So, if you like our current situation, you should vote for Hillary Clinton - who will not only continue the Obama Presidency, but will also have a chance to remake the Supreme Court as the most powerful Liberal tool in American life.  And she will do it with Richard Nixon-like scrupulolusness...If this is what you want, by all means vote for Hillary!  She will be Obama-on-steroids.

If you do not like our current situation, and really don't like the idea of Obama-on-steroids mixed with Tricky Dick and a Supreme Court packed with hard line Liberals, you must vote for Donald Trump - warts and all!

If you choose not to vote or to vote for a Third Party candidate, you are kidding yourself if you try to argue you aren't helping Hillary.  She is the prohibitive favorite, and any vote Trump doesn't get hurts him/helps her...Don't even try to Circle Jerk yourself into believing otherwise.  Trust me, Hillary would love to have everyone who can't vote for her vote for a 'Third Party' candidate.  She may be nuts, but she understands electoral reality.

Of course a President Trump has a good chance of being a mess!  But he will do three things that are incredibly important:

1.  He will force Congress to do its job - to be a check on him...Our country was not created to be ruled over by its Chief Executive.  Congress was always supposed to be the stronger branch of government, and it is way past time for it to return to this position.  I have no doubt Congress would do this if Trump is elected president - even if Congress is run by Republicans.

2.  Trump may not put 'perfect' Conservatives on the Supreme Court, but there is no chance he'd pack it with extreme Liberals like Hillary would...No matter who he picks it would be better than her choices.

3.  A President Trump might be what it takes to get the 'Apathetic Idiots' to pull their head out of their rectum...The 'Useful Idiots' are beyond repair.

It's only our country!  The only one we have.  The one we are leaving to our children and grandchildren...Choose wisely!!

Comey's complete statement on The Queen's email server was as damning as could be.  He listed her offenses, admitted our enemies cracked into her email, said she was careless and sloppy, but in the end he more or less said:  If any normal American treated national security the way The Queen did they'd have to 'face consequences'...But 'The Queen' is above the law, so she will "face no consequences."

One of the truly most un-American comments I've ever read!

Which one do you really think will be able to do more damage?  The Donald - who will be held in check by both parties, and all of the American media.  Or The Queen - who will overstep her bounds as much or more than Obama has, and won't be held in check by either party.  She will also have a lapdog media, supporting her every whim.

Incredibly, the only ones who may be able to keep The Queen in check are Vlad Putin, China, Iran, etc...Who likely have a lot of hacked information they can use against her - otherwise meaning:  Our enemies may be able to bribe her into acting against the best interest of her country; in their interest.

It wouldn't be the first time she acted with such poor and selfish judgment.

Pero's Take on Brexit

People have asked me what I think about the Brits voting to leave the E.U.  My answer is pretty straight forward:  Good for the Brits!  They are going to have some short-term suffering as a result of their decision, but they are likely going to suffer less than what the rest of the E.U. will be suffering down the road.  Also, I am underwhelmed by its implications for the U.S.  Especially after the ‘markets’ get over their little fit; and they will get over it.

There are many technical, emotional, rational & irrational reasons why the Brits voted to leave, and all of them have merit…In an attempt at brevity, I will list four thoughts on Brexit.

1.  There is no doubt the people of the West are pissed off - not just the Brits...There will be many other countries who look to split from the E.U. in the coming years - all of the PIGS (Portugal, Italy, Greece, Spain), France, the Netherlands, etc.

Globalism is running its course and nationalism is making a return.  Especially when it comes to mass immigration, central planning, insane regulations and monetary policy...And please, don't let the elites (Lefties, MSM, Big $$$$, etc) succeed in scaring you into think this is a bad thing.  Either way, the E.U. is on its way out – the Brits were just the smart ones to jump ship first.

2.  Since the time of William the Conqueror (1066) the Brits have rarely been on the wrong side of history...I have every reason to believe they will be correct on this one as well.  The reasoning may not always have made sense at the time of their decisions, but in most cases they made the right decisions.  Maybe it was luck, who knows.  But if I'm ever going to bet on the correct decisions of any nation, it will always be on those of Brits.

The Brits have not declared war on Europe.  Europe will not stop trading with the U.K.  Etc., etc., etc...The U.K. is still one of the largest economies in the world - the E.U. still needs customer.  They also have the largest military in Europe and are part of NATO.  And the British banking sector isn't going anywhere.

3.  Make no mistake, the U.S. is in the middle of its own 'Brexit moment.'  Our political establishment and elites are being challenged like never before by the common people.  Many have pointed to Donald Trump and Bernie Sanders as perfect examples of 'the people's' anger with our leaders.  This is correct.

Thankfully, Bernie is barely going to be a historical asterisk.  Unfortunately, Trump is a flawed man, and may prove to be nothing more than another step towards an upheaval in the U.S. (win or lose)...Trump may or may not be the leader to help us turn the corner as a nation - his personal flaws may be too great.  But I have no doubt that 'Trumpism' most definitely is the way to a better America.  I hope you will keep this definition in mind – you will see it repeated often in the future.

Trumpism:  "[D]efined as secure borders, economic nationalism, interests-based foreign policy, and above all judging every government action through a single lens: does this help or harm Americans." - Journal of American Greatness

Re-read that definition.  Understand what it says and remove the man from the man's ideas…Trump may be an imperfect vehicle, but 'Trumpism' is the answer to many of our problems.

4.  One thing I can assure you is if Hillary Clinton wins in November, she will do nothing but increase the angst of the the American people, and will most definitely take us closer to a tipping point…We may or may not have the guts the Brits had - forcing true change on our leaders (instead of how it’s been with them forcing changes we don’t want on us).  The election may go Hillary’s way.  Either way it won’t matter, because at the end of the day the reality is ‘We the people’ are pissed off!!! (see #1 above).  It's been on the top-right margin of this blog for quite awhile.

Victor Davis Hanson is one of my favorite writers, and in a recent article he makes an important stand about how the November election is going to end up...I tend to think he's correct in his assessment of the situation.  And if he is, we can all say hello to President Hillary Clinton!  Because if he is correct, we are very likely to see a repeat of the 2012 Election.

The only thing which can make this not happen is for those who are too apathetic to vote to get out there and vote against Hillary...Even more important, those who are thinking of voting for some 'other candidate' need to rethink their calculus.  Doing so doesn't hurt Hillary, and it doesn't do anything to forward whatever cause one is looking to forward by voting against the mainstream candidates.  That said, if you must send your vote down the toilet I recommend #PoisonPero4Prez.  It makes as much sense as voting for anyone other than Hillary or Trump.

Back to VDH's article.  Below are his main points, and an excellent guide to who you should vote for.  Read the points and answer where you stand...See where you grade out - that should tell you who you should vote for.  If you end up on the side of Hillary, by all means vote for her.  If you end up on the side of Trump, vote for him.

It's pretty easy to see why I support Trump over Hillary - because I advantage him on every main issue in the election...He may be a total jerk off, but he's no worse a human being than she is, so that's a push.

I don't care that a bunch of gays were the target!  It shouldn't matter who the target was...Though I do find it 'interesting' to see how the media is having a different take on the matter because a favored group was the target.

Sexual orientation doesn't matter!  Gender doesn't matter!  Race doesn't doesn't matter!  They were Americans!  This is what matters!

What we need is leadership who will act on this reality:  Americans are sick of being knocked around by terrorists, and Americans are sick of being divided to be used as pawns by politicians!  This is why we need someone like Donald Trump...Not because he's a perfect person (far from it), a great Conservative or Liberal (far from either), or even someone who is consistent in his policies (no idea what his policies really are.)

What Donald Trump understands is the people are sick of Islamic Terrorists, and they are sick of being used in a sick game of 'divide and conquer' by the ruling class...Below is Donald Trumps statement after the attack.  I'm sure some of you HATE Trump.  I have no doubt of this.  What I want to know is do you think he is WRONG in his statement below?  And I'd like to know if you think Hillary Clinton will do any better with this situation than Obama has?

Last night (Saturday), our nation was attacked by a radical Islamic terrorist. It was the worst terrorist attack on our soil since 9/11, and the second of its kind in 6 months. My deepest sympathy and support goes out to the victims, the wounded, and their families.

In his remarks today, President Obama disgracefully refused to even say the words 'Radical Islam'. For that reason alone, he should step down. If Hillary Clinton, after this attack, still cannot say the two words 'Radical Islam' she should get out of this race for the Presidency.

If we do not get tough and smart real fast, we are not going to have a country anymore. Because our leaders are weak, I said this was going to happen – and it is only going to get worse. I am trying to save lives and prevent the next terrorist attack. We can't afford to be politically correct anymore.

The terrorist, Omar Mir Saddique Mateen, is the son of an immigrant from Afghanistan who openly published his support for the Afghanistani Taliban and even tried to run for President of Afghanistan. According to Pew, 99% of people in Afghanistan support oppressive Sharia Law.

We admit more than 100,000 lifetime migrants from the Middle East each year. Since 9/11, hundreds of migrants and their children have been implicated in terrorism in the United States.

Hillary Clinton wants to dramatically increase admissions from the Middle East, bringing in many hundreds of thousands during a first term – and we will have no way to screen them, pay for them, or prevent the second generation from radicalizing.

We need to protect all Americans, of all backgrounds and all beliefs, from Radical Islamic Terrorism - which has no place in an open and tolerant society. Radical Islam advocates hate for women, gays, Jews, Christians and all Americans. I am going to be a President for all Americans, and I am going to protect and defend all Americans. We are going to make America safe again and great again for everyone.
