LOOK OUT AMERICA!  Obama's talking about a 'bi-partisan deal'...Better known as a Democrat scheme to somehow get the idiotic Republicans to bend over and 'take it like a man'; with or without lube.

Be very leery of these 'deals', because Obama has proven to be anything but a 'deal maker.'  At best he's a cut-throat politico who has mastered the art of the legislative 'jam-down' (IE:  ObamaCare, Dodd-Frank, Porkulus/Stimulus, taking over GM, etc., with little-to-no Republican support - forget Republican support, he's done these all with little-to-no support from the American people).

Like I said, be very leery, America.  In his two-plus years in office Obama hasn't been 'bipartisan' on anything...He's gotten his way on just about everything, and has no intention of ruining his streak.

So, get ready to hear something stupid like 'We have solved the debt ceiling problem, but we have to pass the bill to find out what is in the bill.'

Anyone who thinks its unfair to say she 'hung out with the enemy' is either a liar or flat out ignorant of the subject...For a reminder, FOLLOW THIS LINK to see documented pics of Jane not only hanging out with the enemy, but laughing and having a good time with their military personnel and hardware.  Oh, and there's also a fine piece of broadcast journalism where she gave a little pep talk the North Vietnamese.

Personnel and hardware which was used to shoot at and kill American soldiers.  Broadcasting which was used to prop up the spirits of those shooting at and killing American soldiers...But she's "never done anything to hurt my country or the men and women who have fought and continue to fight for us."

The fact QVC booted her sorry arse after a little pressure is Jane's just reward for her well deserved hatred by those who know what she did...Truth be told, if QVC had any decency they wouldn't have booked her in the first place.

Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (Race Baitin-Biotch)

It's too bad Sen. Barack Obama became President Barack Obama, because Sen. Barack Obama had a little bit of common sense...Well, the words he used on this matter made sense.  We all know he didn't mean them.  He just used them to bash 'W' over the head with.

Because he's nothing but a political hack...A good one, but a hack, nonetheless.

And, President Barack Obama knows very well he can walk away from the 'can't pay granny' ledge any time he wants to cut spending.  The Republicans will raise the debt ceiling, but they need assurances there will be some cuts so they don't have to come back again in a year-or-so to give him another increase...President Obama knows this; he also knows he holds the keys to this problem.  Unfortunately, he's choosing to use the keys to drive us off the ledge.

He also knows he and the 2008-2010 Congress (dominated by the Democrats) raced the nation to the debt ceiling as fast as they could, with the intent of getting to and past it...Which is exactly what he'll do if/when he is given another increase.

Jeffrey Immelt (General Electric Chairman and CEO)

Full disclosure (for him, not me), Immelt isn't just the boss at G.E., he's also the chair of President Obama's Council on Jobs and Competitiveness.

Speaking of bosses, it would be nice if Jeffrey's boss would quit scaring the hell out of the business community? You know, the never ending threats to tax them more, placing ridiculous regulations on them, and generally speaking with an anti-business/anti-profit tone...Even better, Obama could call for a do-over on ObamaCare, which has employers scared to death over the future costs they'll incur with every employee they have or bring on.

Back to Immelt. I appreciate his desire to put people back to work, heaven knows our country needs jobs. But, I have a question: How can a guy who runs a multi-billion dollar corporation complain to others about doing what's right for the American people when his multi-billion dollar company didn't pay any taxes in 2010?

You'd think the Left would have a problem with this, and this guy...Since he's part of Team Obama, however, they must be giving him a pass.

Speaking of "current Greece" (and "ancient Greece", for those who know history), what is their problem?  OVER-SPENDING!!!  Not 'under-taxing'...Which is exactly our problem in the U.S.

And Chrissy is right that this "is no phony crisis."  It is a huge problem, and there are no amount of tax increases which can solve the problem without massive spending cuts...Especially considering the reality is Matthews and his Liberal pals want to not only increase taxes, but also to increase spending.

In other words, they want to do the same thing they did to get us in our current Greece-like predicament.

On another note, nice of 'Mr. Thrill Up My Leg' to throw Republicans in with Wahhabis (one of the main groups perpetrating Muslim terror).  It must be his own special way of 'toning down the rhetoric'...Thankfully he's on MSNBC, so his comment wasn't seen by many.

Sen. DICK Durbin (D - Illinois)

Article 2, Section 1, Clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution says: "No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President."

With that, it's pretty much guaranteed illegals won't be "our President"...Please spare me the Obama/Kenya-Indonesia-Mars talk, too.

Plus, those who bother to read history (real history, not the crapola taught in the public propaganda centers ), should know if everything in Dick's statement came true we'd be following a similar path as the Romans.  Including the path of their demise and disappearance...Sadly, I'm afraid this part of his statement might be correct.

In other words:  Republicans (Conservatives) are more inclined to look at the U.S. as the Founding Fathers did...How do Democrats (Liberals) look at it?  I wouldn't go as far as to say how Lenin or Stalin saw it, but wouldn't shy away from saying it's how Marx saw it.
