Barack Obama Jackass Quotes of the Year - 2
Note: This list is in chronological
order.

Barack Obama (Einstein-in-Chief)
"Warren Buffett's secretary shouldn't pay a (higher) tax rate than Warren Buffett...And that basic principle of fairness, if applied to our tax code, could raise enough money (to) stabilize our debt and deficits for the next decade...This is not politics; this is math."
My father-in-law used to have the best line for Bill Clinton, but I'm afraid it's a hundred times more applicable for President Obama: "He's a shit salesman, with a mouth full of samples." - Rich Karlin
I don't have the time or space to explain how Buffett pays a lower income tax rate than his secretary, but know it's because he isn't earning much 'income' anymore. He's earning on investments, and pays a lot more in overall taxes than his "secretary" could ever hope to earn, let alone pay...Trust me, these rich turds pay a lot of taxes. Should they pay more? Maybe, maybe not. But the reality is they could be taxed at 100% of their earnings - and worth - and it wouldn't get us out of our debt mess; there's just not enough of them.
"This is not politics"...Everything is politics with Obama. And since the MSM keeps telling us what a stinking super genius he is, I hope the Prez is much better at "math" than he lets on.
"Let's do the math. The Joint Committee on Taxation estimates this new tax (the 'Buffett Rule') would yield between $4 billion and $5 billion a year. If we collect the Buffet tax for the next 250 years - a span longer than the life of this republic - it would not cover the Obama deficit for 2011 alone. As an approach to our mountain of debt, the Buffett Rule is a farce...Does he really think we're that stupid?" - Charles Krauthammer
The answer to the riddle in Obama's "math" is in Krauthammer's quote: YES! He does "think we're that stupid"...And sadly, in large part, Obama is correct in his assessment. Which is how he was elected - and reelected - president in the first place.
