**It is disgusting what this prosecutor put these students through. He had to know the case was a farce, but was too afraid to tell the Black community he wasn't going to try a trumped up case......Either that or he wanted to try a case he knew was wrong in order to stick it to some rich White kids.

Nifong should see some jail time for what he has done to these young men.....Even a few months in the pokie will help him to understand how much damage he has done. I'm not asking that he be penned up with 'Shanks', but bunking with 'The Mule' would be justice.**
