Gov. Rick Perry (R - Texas)

"Now, strategic fencing in certain urban areas to direct the flow of traffic does make sense, but building a wall on the entire border is a preposterous idea"...."The only thing a wall would possibly accomplish is to help the ladder business."

**Perry is a Republican, and has tried to come off as a Conservative, but like his predecessor (GW Bush), he's proving to be a pseudo-Con of the highest order when it comes to border enforcement.

Everyone talks about the need to control the border, but fools like Perry only want to give lip-service.........The only way to control the border is to wall it up, guard it (military, enlarged Border Patrol, whatever), and actually ENFORCE THE LAW!!!

But it's not going to happen, because neither the (R)'s nor the (D)'s care about what the American people really want........Instead they will continue to ignore the problem, though they will talk tough.

Both feel they have much to gain and lose if they were to actually DO SOMETHING TO CONTROL THE BORDER. The problem is they don't feel the same need to answer to the American people......Eventually this will change, and the American people will do something to CONTROL THE POLITICIANS.**
