**San FranSicko (MS) has every right to make such a decision about supporting the military, or not to.....But their right to do so should be followed with the federal government's right to stop supporting San FranFreako (MS). If San FranFreako (MS) wants to ban JROTC from its schools the federal government should stop the distribution of all federal funds from San FranSicko (MS).
