**Howie is right on in at least two ways:
1. Democrats control neither house in Congress, or the Presidency........Because the American people refuse to put them in power, so it truly isn't "their job" to make any policies.
2. Democrats have maintained this line for the past 50 years........First is was against Communism, now it is against Islamo-Fascism. --> And this includes the periods when they were in power.**
