**He's bashing Bush for picking someone who will rule based on "what the Constitution actually says"?
Isn't this what SCOTUS justices are supposed to do? --> It's the only thing they are supposed to do!!

If you vote for (D)'s you will get Ginsbergs (Former ACLU ChairMAN, and proponent of sex with children).........If you vote for (R)'s you will get Roberts and Alito types.

I have decided to not let this jackass's verbal diarrhea upset me anymore, his drunk murdering opinion matters NOTHING to me.

When you say constructionist are you referring to someone who thinks black people only count as 3/5's of a person? Or are you referring to someone who thinks the Patriot Act violates the 4th and 14th amendments.
And if we are going to interpret the constitution literally that means I have the right to walk into a theatre drunk, naked and with a bomb strapped to my chest and start yelling fire while printing an article that said Bush had sex with Saddams goat and that he said he loved to rape tortured prisoners. Oh and I could also shoot any government official who entered onto my property to get my guns as long as I believe that the US is a Tyrannous government gone corrupt.
That is a literal interpretation of the constitution so I just wanted you to know what you are supporting.
I also challenge that he actually said "who can read what the Constitution actually say", I would like to know where you got this quote.
I get the feeling you have never read the Constitution.
