Dennis Henigan (Brady Center Spokesman)

We will challenge the constitutionality of this special interest extravaganza in every court where the rights of gun violence victims are being threatened... This bill is an unprecedented attack on the due process rights of victims injured by the misconduct of an industry that seeks to escape the legal rules that govern the rest of us."

— Regarding the recent bill limiting liability suits against gun manufacturers and dealers

**I can't think of the last time a gun 'magically' killed or hurt anyone.......It's always bad people, not bad guns.

And the bad people shooting these guns would be much less likely to do so if they knew those around them were all armed as well.**

The last time I heard of a drive by shooting I don't recall the press saying; The shooting was a terrible accident the gun stuck it self out the window and pulled it's own trigger.

You are right, if the bad guys know the good guys are armed the bad guys would think twice (assuming they can think) before doing their bad guy stuff.

Notice how much less looting took place in Texas than in Louisianna during the huricanes? There was a reason for that:)

Hope you'll listen to my interview of Dennis Henigan here:

I think he has undoubtedly set a new Guinness World Indoor Record for saying the most idiotic, unConstitutional things on a one-hour radio show, mine. In fact, I think he has retired the title. Comments welcome.
