Uhhhhhh...That's a little scary.
Americans aren't used to "third-world experience(s)" when it comes to anything. I can't imagine they're going to like the idea of "third-world" insurance...Not even the poor.
Maybe I'm wrong, however. Maybe Americans have downgraded their expectations to such a low that "third-world" is good enough...As long as the poor get something - even garbage - and the rich get less.
