**Translation: 'Blue Cross, Cigna and Kaiser are going to do just fine. It's the Government Plan that's going to suck as bad as the post office.'
That's reassuring!
Obama may be a great speech-maker, but he really needs to quit speaking off-the-cuff. His handlers need make sure he sticks to the script, because I can't imagine the 'Teleprompter' told him to say this...Unless his goal is to 'Out-Joe' Joe Biden, that is.**
