**Joe Biden stated an absolute fact with this comment. And if the current administration was willing and able to do any thing about the Russian 'riddle'/'mystery'/'enigma' then I'd completely back up his desire to make such truthful statements...But the Obama administration isn't willing to stand up to Russia (or any of the worlds turds) in any way shape or form, so he is simply pissing them off for no reason. I'm also quite certain his comments made Obama squirm more than a little.

And make no mistake the Russian tyrants don't take lightly to Western eye-poking...If anything it will lead them to go out of their way to prove their strength; watch Georgia, Ukraine, and Russian gas sales to Europe in the coming months (their lack of them, that is).
