The CCTimes is well aware of the fact that far too many Americans don't have an average level of intelligence, however........There are at least 51 haunting the U.S. Senate, and another couple hundred in the U.S. House of Representatives. They aren't very inconspicuous, because they tend to put (D) behind their names.**
