Teresa Richard will be fined $25/day, by her condominium association, for each day she flies her American Flag, and Blue Star Flag (hung by mothers of soldiers) after Labor Day, 2007.

**This woman is flying her flags in honor of her son, Cpl. Tony Donihee, who is serving in Afghanistan.......Telling her to rip them down is like asking her to rip her heart out. Plus, Public-Law 109-243 states she can fly her flags.
Look at the content of a recent call Mrs. Richards had with her son, and tell me she should pull her flags down:
"Mom, are my flags still up?" (Cpl. Donihee)
"Yes, they are." (Mom)
NO WAY IN HELL SHOULD THIS WOMAN WHO HAS GIVEN HER SON TO THE NATION BE CRAPPED ON BY THIS PIECE OF SHIT HOA!!!!**
