So, why do he and his Democrat pals insist on sticking it to Bush's efforts to protect America from the Islamo-Fascists? He's admitted they can't be "appeased." By definition this means they must be dealt with militarily.....I guess politics trumps all else, though.**

Bullshit. Chuck Schumer couldn't tell the truth if you held a gun to his head. A big, scary gun, with a bayoney lug and (shudder) a collapsible stock! The horror!
Anyway, he and Bill Clinton never met the truth. If you examine the rest of the speech, maybe he'll explain why "appeasing the terrorists" is exactly what he is trying to do!
