**I knew it!! I knew Vice President Chenney convinced President Bush to use all his powers to create Hurricane Katrina in order to rid New Orleans of much of its Black populace.

It was a perfect plot to get the Whiteman back into New Orleans, or to get Haliburton into the area.........I'm sure this is the thought process in the Liberal mind, also known as the Twilight Zone.**
