Yeah...there are no soldiers who are scholars nor war experts. ROTC or OCS has never trained a soldier (officer) to be a war expert. Instead, they train them in other vocations such as culinary arts, hollywood actor, and...uhh...stand up comedy? Ugh! What an idiot!
