- "That" and "It" = The Internal Revenue Service flagging conservative political groups for 'special' review during the 2012 election season.

Nothing to see here folks.  It's only the most dreaded institution in America singling out specific political groups and individuals to harass...Nothing to see, indeed!

Why was an apology given?  Nothing happened here.

And Lois is wrong in saying that "that" and "it" "was wrong", "incorrect", "insensitive" and "inappropriate".

What she should have said was "that" and "it" were 'ideological skulduggery, political intimidation, and under-handed BS of the highest order'...But what else would we expect from a branch of the Obama White House?

As bad as the IRS already is - as much as the American people already hate it - just imagine the hanky panky the 'Revenue Stealers' will pull when they are the enforcement arm of ObamaCare.
