Michael Moore & Don Fowler

"I was just thinking that, uh, this [Hurricane] Gustav is proof that there is a God in Heaven -- that it would actually be on its way to New Orleans on Day One of the Republican Convention in the Twin Cities at the top of the Mississippi River." - Michael Moore (Waste of Much Flesh)

"The hurricane’s going to hit New Orleans about the time they start. [Chuckle] The timing is — at least it appears now that it’ll be there Monday. That just demonstrates that God’s on our side. [Laughter]…Everything’s cool." - Don Fowler (Former DNC Chairman)

**I'm not shocked to hear these comments from pricks like Moore and Fowler; I'm sure many Democrats feel exactly as they do.....That said, I am proud of John McCain for putting a damper on the Republican National Convention in order to better care for, support and communicate with those in the oncoming hurricane environment.

"You may see this as a very, very selfless act on the part of John McCain and his campaign that they are putting country above politics. So it fits in with the theme of his campaign." - Natalie Davis (Political Scientist at Birmingham-Southern College in Alabama)**

Don't know about it proving anything about God, but these comments prove that some of the heavyweights (especially Moore!) on the left wing of the Dems, really don't give a rat's ass about the people of New Orleans and would gladly kill them all of if it advanced their selfish egocentric agenda. So I guess God may have had a hand in helping expose the EXTREME hypocricy of the far left!
PS. Maybe we need to start a campaign to get rid of Michael Moore as a waste of carbon....he has a big enough footprint!!

I love how the left denounces God by disallowing discussion of God in schools, canceling Christmas in schools, removing God from the Pledge of Allegiance and any government related thing and then try to claim some kind of victory in God's name when it's convenient.

It's even more funny when they thank the God they don't believe in.
