Ab Klink (Dutch Health Minister)
"In theory, yes. Smoking can continue at the shops for as long as no tobacco is in the mix...Those who prefer to accent their marijuana high with a bit of tobacco as well will have to go outside or to separate tobacco-smoking rooms. The alternative will be going-tobacco free, as the ban seeks, by smoking marijuana alone."
- Comment about a Dutch ban on smoking in public places.
**For those of you who missed it: The Dutch can smoke marijuana in public without regard, but if they decide to smoke tobacco they are banned from doing so......And if they want to mix marijuana with tobacco they must do so in special smoke shops.
Such is logic in the land of the 'freaky-deaky Dutch.'**

Yes, since you mention it, I do believe Sgt. Schultz was a Liberal; he was always saying "I know nothing!"
