**Great! Barack is promising socialism. Just what every American wants.
Sure there are Americans without insurance, but the vast majority of Americans do have insurance........Insurance which is much better than what most the rest of the world has. Insurance which is much better than they will have if the government crushes the current health care system to make sure every American has health care.
I'm sure this vast majority of Americans is willing to take a drop in their current health care situation in order to give the minority free insurance, though...........Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight.
By the way, make no mistake this "FREE HEALTH CARE" will come with a massive price (on top of being crappier than the care we receive with our current system):
