**This is a sickening comment and Gavin's flaunting the fact he is evading federal laws.......The 'Shitty' should pay a price for this in the loss of federal funds and Justice Department trials.
But it won't happen, because the Republican Justice Department is too pansy to do it (see 'Socks Berger').........And the Democrat Congress won't withhold funds because San Fran is the heart of the Liberal beast.**
