**I agree with Richardson on Rwanda and the Sudan, but..........BUT, HE ANSWERED THE IMPORTANT PART OF HIS OWN QUESTION.
The answer to his question is painfully obvious: IT'S BECAUSE OTHER AREAS ARE "MORE STRATEGICALLY IMPORTANT"!!! God these Democrats scare me.**

Geez is THAT statement ripe with ignorance. I guess that means he will be on a big Democrat ticket soon.....wonder if he would have considered the Normandy invasion putting 'strategic' areas ahead of 'other important areas'?
