1. Who fucks 5-year olds?!?! Oh by the way, it was some friends of the poor child's mother......Who didn't bother to stop or report them to the police.
2. How can CPS be stupid enough not to check it's own 'sick son-of-a-bitch' database?
I'm sure 'pappy' would have been nothing but a loving and caring figure for this poor child........And the child will surely end up just fine. Riiiiiiiight!!!**
