The bill would give “power to the California State Superintendent of Public Instruction to unilaterally withhold state funds from California school districts that don't promote transsexuality, bisexuality, and homosexuality according to his arbitrary 'standards,'" stated an e-mail from the group. And because two-thirds of a school districts' funds come from the state, AB 606 would interrupt and destroy the academic learning of millions of California schoolchildren if schools 'don't comply.'" - California AB 606

(Sigh) I was born 40 years too early.
Seriously, though. Aren't these the same people that are trying to stop STD's and unwanted pregnancy's? I wonder how they reconcile one with the other.

Mark, just WHO is trying to stop STDs and unwanted pregnancies? The far left? They may SAY that they do but if they actually reduced unwanted pregnancies their abortionist buddies would go out of business and we can't have that, can we? Also, their methods for this involve doing things that actually encourage the behavior that lead to STDs and Pregnancy...things like giving out condoms and showing kids 'how to' do it 'safely' (which intelligent people realize is a BIG lie). You want to wonder why home schooling is booming in this country? Look no further that this kind of crap going on in the public schools...and this is from a public school teacher!!!

I have 3 daughters all schooled in California. If this kind of GLBTTBNP was going on then my kid's mother and all the other mothers would be raising hell with the school board elected officials.
From time to time I sat in some of my daughter's classes. I never heard this kind of psycho babble. The teachers taught the subject of the class.
One of my daughters is a school teacher in CA Victor Valley.
Oh, did I mention they are all registered Republicans.
