Sen. Russ Feingold (D - Wisconsin)
"I didn't support the war in Iraq in the first place. But once the country decided to go into Iraq, I felt it was very important that we do the best we can to success and support our troops. The problem is that we're not getting the leadership from the administration. The president is not telling us what is the time frame [sic], what are the benchmarks [sic] and what is the possible completion date for this mission [sic]. And what's happening is the American public is really despairing of the situation."
**Al Qaeda would love for the President to set a "completion date"......This way they could easily plan their invasion of the new Iraqi nation.
Feingold is a moron, but he isn't stupid....He knows we can't set a date, but he doesn't care.
He doesn't care because his goal isn't American, or Iraqi success........His goal is making President Bush look bad. --> Fortunately, most Americans see through this bullshit**

I'm not so sure Americans see though any bullshit...a constant attack my liberals and the media at Bush seems to be working.

It has seemed this way for Bush's entire tenure, but he is still undefeated.
Every bill he wants, the war, the mid-term and general elections, etc.........
I'm of the opinion most do see through the bull, but there is a sure-fire way to tell, and its coming soon.
The 2006 midterm election.

I can only hope you're right Poison Pero. But, just like game, I have deep concerns about the future of the US. It may sound corny, but I really do fear for the next generations. So many seem to be misled by biased media reports. If Democrats regain any smidgeon of political power, that is sure to bring about the destruction of US freedom. I just hope that conservatives don't start taking victory for granted like the Democrats did, which is why they were perplexed when Bush won the second term. I hope all conservatives will stand guard, always alert to all the liberal BS. Don't give them an inch, or they will take a mile.
