**How come Liberals love 'activist judges' who "make law", but not Conservatives?
That said, it's not the court's job to make law, but to rule on law........Unfortunately, Liberals have controlled and bastardized the courts for so long they have forgotten the true function of the judiciary.
Considering what they have done with the law, however, it would be nice for Conservatives to step up and turn the tables on the Liberal scoundrels who've set the precident of "making law"**
