- On the constitutional option of ending "filibusters" on judicial nominees
**I hope you all know this rule has been changed as recently as 30 years ago.....All Senate rules not listed in the Constitution are open for change, and doing so is a regular occurance in the Senate --> And Hillary knows it.
Just so you know, the last change of the filibuster rule was in 1975, by the Democrats.....Led by Sen. KKK Byrd. --> And Hillary knows this as well.**
