Trump's Cabinet

The Senate confirmation process has begun for soon-to-be President Trump's cabinet nominees and other appointments - an amazing bunch of men and women.  Nominees and appointees everyone who isn't a Liberal Loon should be happy with...I admit I am ecstatic about them.  A very pleasant surprise.

The best part of this process is Trump is going to get ALL of his nominees confirmed!!!!  And there isn't much the Democrats can do to stop them, because they rigged the process in 2013 when they changed the filibuster rules by invoking the 'Nuclear Option'...It used to be nominees could be filibustered - refused - if they couldn't get 60 Senators to agree to put the nominee to a final vote - a simple majority.  That was before the Senate Democrats changed the rules:  forever known as 'The Reid Rule,' in honor of former Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid.

They were so excited and pleased with themselves.

Reid and the Democrats didn't break any rules changing the process from 60 to 51, because any Senate rule not directly governed by the Constitution can be changed by the majority at any time.  Which has been done many times in American history...The Democrats figured 2013 was a good time, and made this change because they thought they'd be in control forever.  They believed the 'arc of history' had permanently bent towards their ideology, and changed the rules to pursue their wants.

We've all heard the saying, 'What's good for the goose, is good for the gander.' There's another version of this saying:  "What's good for the Democrats, is good for the Republicans.'

Republicans now have control of the Senate and the confirmation process...And guess what they are keeping?  They are keeping the Reid Rule!  Especially now that they have a leader - Trump - who isn't afraid of fighting just as hard and dirty as Liberals fight.

Here's hoping Trump and the Senate Republicans beat the dog out of the Democrats with this rule, and not only get every Trump cabinet nominee and appointee in place, but also use it to get many federal court judges he will pick on the bench.

Oh, and lets not forget there is a Supreme Court position to fill.  A position the Democrats have vowed to block unless Trump nominates someone they like - meaning a Liberal...And there is no way he's going to do that, so the Democrats are looking to do a FOREVER FILIBUSTER of Trump's SCOTUS nominee.

It's hard to believe when it comes to Democrats, Joe Biden is the 'adult in the room.'

Donald Trump is going to be President of the United States - no matter how many tantrums Liberals throw.  He was elected with the full knowledge he was going to change D.C. and bring in Conservatives, military people and business professionals... The American people kicked Hillary Clinton and her Liberal ideology to the curb.  As such, Trump should be allowed to fulfill his promises and put the people in place around him he wants to form a government, and fill the courts with those he wants.

When it comes to the Supreme Court, the Democrats should be informed the Reid Rule can become the McConnell Corollary to The Reid Rule - meaning, if they want to forever keep Trump from filling the court spot, Leader McConnell will change the rules with 51 votes to include SCOTUS nominees to the Reid Rule.

Hey Democrats!  You are going to reap what you have sown!  SUCK IT!!!!
