Prager University: Does Science Argue for or against God?

"We teach what isn't taught." - Dennis Prager

This is such an amazing semester, especially for people like myself who have spent the majority of their life denying the existence of a god - or gods.  It is not amazing because it attacks our intelligence, but because it quantifies our intelligence...Maybe this is why so many geniuses (including Einstein) have gone from being hard atheist to at least questioning their beliefs as they aged - because the science is so overwhelming.

It's always been a stretch for me to believe a god created the universe - the question of 'something from something' is just too big.  It always brings up the question of 'if a god created the universe, what created god?'  But the idea of 'something from nothing' - a 'Big Bang' out of nowhere - is just as crazy as the idea of god creating the universe.

It's all too much for anyone to understand, and likely always will be...Which is why the more I learn about science the more I believe in the 'Big Bang - as designed by some kind of Creator' - or multiple Creators.

This semester of Prager University is presented by: Eric Metaxas

"[T]he rumors of God's death were premature.  In fact, perhaps the best evidence for his existence come from science itself." - E.M.

"The odds against life in the universe are astonishing...At what point is it fair to admit that it is science itself that suggests that we cannot be the result of random forces?" - E.M.
