BOOM! Obama threw down the gauntlet on the intelligence community, blaming them for not knowing how powerful and dangerous IS was becoming in Iraq and Syria...Not that anyone believes Obama; a man who never accepts responsibility for anything negative, and childishly blames everyone else for everything.
Obama truly is the anti-President Harry Truman - who is famous for a sign on his desk saying "The buck stops here."
Obama can expect some brutal 'leaks' after so stupidly blaming his 'spooks' for this mess...We can expect everything from 'anonymous quotes' to leaked documents, etc., and none of it will paint a pretty picture about our C-in-C - which usually stands for Commander-in-Chief, but in the case of Obama more correctly means Clueless-n-Careless.
