Rep. Joh Larson (D - Connecticut)

"I think we should begin an immediate amicus brief to say, 'Listen this is simply not fair to these employees'...They are federal employees."

- Commenting on government employees whose health care premiums are about to skyrocket as a result of ObamaCare mandates.

Screw that!  If the American people at-large are going to take it in the shorts, then so should the "federal employees"...Either that or we should all be given a break to match that of the "federal employees."

But if they did that ObamaCare would lose all semblance of being, because without the power to force us to buy health care - more than we need, at prices we can't afford - there is no such entity as ObamaCare...And since Larson was part of the leadership group which passed ObamaCare he should have known this was going to be an issue.  I'm assuming he was like the rest of his pals in Congress, though, and didn't bother to read it (let alone understand it) before voting on it.
