Arthur Firstenberg (Pain in the Ass)
"I get chest pain and it doesn't go away right away."
**Under normal situations I'd feel sorry for this guy's chest pain, but he is a jerkoff of the highest order....Mr. Firstenberg claims he's highly sensitive to certain types of electric fields, including Wi-Fi and cell phones, and wants them banned from public places in Santa Fe, NM. His complaint is they are in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
The sickening thing is I'm sure he can find a red-diaper-doper-baby lawyer to take on his case (ACLU comes to mind), and they will surely find a judge of like mind (lack of mind) to rule in their favor....The fact they want a city to go dead electronically is of no consequence to them, and Santa Fe is expected to bend to the whim of one moron's supposed special need.
Per normal, this is a case of consequences not mattering in Liberalville.....All that matters is the presumption of trying to help. If such help hurts many at the expense of the few it's too bad.**

I agree about not being sure if this pud is a Libby, John.......But he has to be :)
Very good article about HIV/AIDS.....It's all about behavior. Including in Africa, because their heterosexual problem is largely rape related.
As far as DC vs. Dakota.....I'd say there's a huge difference in behavior between these two as well.
