The Soviet Socialist Republic of California (Senate Bill 1322)
This bill would allow school teachers to teach “communism with the intent to indoctrinate or to inculcate in the mind of any pupil a preference for communism.”
**In other words, if this law is passed it would allow the ‘Vast Leftwing Conspiracy’ to fill California school children’s minds with communist propaganda……..Not that they don’t do it already, but if this bill passes they’ll be able to do it out in the open.
Why in the world do these senators think this is a good idea? California is plenty ‘fruity,’ but is it also this ‘nutty’? I guess the state has earned it’s nickname of “The Land of Fruits and Nuts”……A name which has nothing to do with food.**

Holy crap!
Combine that with recent efforts to close down home schooling, and we move closer to the "progressive" goal of full, mandatory indoctrination in taxpayer funded public schools.
