Fuenlabrada, Spain
"In this way the sexism which until now has seen only masculine figures appear in traffic signals will be brought to an end."
- An announcement by the city of Fuenlabrada regarding the end of male only traffic signs, which will be replaced by signs with female figures with skirts and ponytails.
**What an enormous advance for women's rights.......There's a couple problems with the 'new sign' idea, though:
1. The "clipped-haired, tight-faced" crowd might not like the idea of female figures with "skirts and ponytails." What about women who prefer pant-suits and buzz-cuts? They might be offended by such signs.
2. Fuenlabrada should go all the way and remove men from the signs. Then remove women from the signs as well, and replace both with nude, hairless, trannys.**

Typical municipal, "feel good" waste of time and resources to correct a "problem" that only exists for rabid PC'ers.
I always thought the stick figures currently in use are supposed to be gender neutral.
I guess I'm not rabidly PC enough. Shame on me...
