**Hey DICK, the "second wave" is coming no matter what we do. Along with the third, fourth, fifth, etc., etc., etc........It's amazing they haven't already happened.
Hmmmm........Maybe taking the battle to Jihadistan, and fighting it out on their turf has worked.
