**Gotta love the mayor of a major American city calling for a "chocolate" city.......As my friend Tyrone over at Wake Up Black America put it: Nagin will forever be known as the Mayor of Hershey.
Can you imagine if a White mayor called for a "vanilla" city? There would be Hell to pay for that poor SOB.

While I agree that Nagin is a racist, I think the quote about chocolate city is a clever analogy.But when he said he wants majority African American city, now, that was racist!
