so, is this quote a fabrication, too? you mentioned your surprise at having been caught on the kennedy quote; does this mean you expect people to believe your "quotes" even when the quote doesn't reflect reality?

I think Ms Boxer wants to get this thing started through the courts before Alito gets confirmend because she knows he would vote to dismiss it and she thi ks O'Connor wouldn't.
I also think you should ban Kevron from commenting on your blogs.
