**Chafee is one giant "chaffing" on the backside of his party........I wouldn't trade Lincoln for a Democrat senator in RI, but this guy is a joke.
Just for kicks, lets revisit reality: President Clinton never had over 50% of the popular vote, but the Dems didn't cry about him not having a "mandate" --> In fact, Bush is the first president with a 50%+ mandate since Reagan.
But no one ever expected much truth from Liberals.........Liberals with (D)'s or Liberals with (R)'s**
