Chernobyl 28 Years Later

Ever wonder what happened to Chernobyl after the Soviets destroyed the place with a nuclear accident?  I assumed the place is desolate, and maybe even had some of the old joke 'mutant animals running around.'

Well, it is a first rate ghost town, and the hybrids my be running around, but it is anything but desolate.

Watch this short video, taken by a drone.  It's amazing how the place is barren of humanity...It is also amazing to see the amount of vegetation which has taken over the landscape.
