James Lovelock (Papa Gaia)

"We thought we knew 20 years ago.  That led to some alarmist books - mine included - because it looked clear-cut, but it hasn't happened...There's nothing much really happening yet...We were supposed to be halfway toward a frying world now...The world has not warmed up much since the millennium.  Twelve years is a reasonable time...(The temperature) has stayed almost constant, whereas it should have been rising."

- Commenting about the lack of Global Warming.

Pero, Lovelock's quote isn't Libby at all.  If anything he's speaking the truth about what normal people living in the real world notice in their normal, everyday, real lives...Opposed to the insane 'mock world' Global Warming theorists live in.

Those paying attention know the 'Climate Change' geeks of the 1970's were certain the Earth was going to be entering a new Ice Age, but that that one never materialized either.

So, why am I making note of this non-Libby-Libby Quote?  Because Lovelock was one of the main Chicken Little Lunatics who claimed the sky was not only falling, but humanity was coming to an end:

"Before this century is over billions of us will die and the few breeding pairs of people that survive will be in the Arctic where the climate remains tolerable." - James Lovelock (2006)

Oh, and James is also the EnvironMENTAList who came up with the 'Gaia' theory that the Earth is a single living system...Like Al Gore being the 'Father of the Internet', Lovelock is the 'Father of Gaia Theory'; the 'Father of Mother Earth'.

Question 1:  Why does the Left attach itself to these quacks?
Answer 1:  The Left itself is quackery.
Answer 2:  The Left hopes it can use these scare-mongering dopes to dope the rest of the dopes in the 'developed world' into destroying capitalism.

Question 2:  Are you dopey enough to believe these dopey Lefties?
