**Duh!! By definition non-Americans are "disenfranchised"......And any non-citizen who casts a vote which is counted is violating the voting rights of every legimate American voter, because fraudulent votes nulify legitimate votes. Also, any government official caught accepting such fraudulent votes should be prosecuted for violating the rights of every legimate voter in the cycle they accept illegal votes in.
I'm sure Cheryl isn't concerned with this basic fact, however; on her way towards attempting to completely alter the frabric of our great nation.**
