**The U.S. is hardly and empire. If anything the U.S. is the least empirical great country in the history of the world.......Name me one other great nation which has imposed its will on it's neighbors, and the rest of the globe, less than the U.S.
That said, Hugo is correct about the U.S.'s power, and ability to cause great harm.......I just hope he realizes this ability extends to his own life.**
